Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CricketLiveApi ("the Service") at cricketliveapi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CricketLiveApi provides real-time and historical cricket data via a REST API. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access the API. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Cashfree. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Each subscription plan includes a defined number of API calls per day and per month, along with a rate limit per minute. Exceeding these limits will result in a 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Unused API calls do not roll over to the next billing period.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute the API data without written permission; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the underlying data sources; (d) share your API key with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data provided through the Service are the property of CricketLiveApi or its data providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API data for your own applications.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy of cricket data. We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on the data provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricketLiveApi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
